Science: We are just beginning a new Science unit on hearing and sound. Today we were invited into the Maker Space lab to create our own ears. Using loose parts, students created ears demonstrated how sound travels from the outer ear, through the middle ear, and into the inner ear before nerves transport the signals to the brain. A big thank you to Mrs. Jordan for sharing this activity with us!

Swimming:
Today we wrapped up our swimming lessons. It has been a fun week at the pool and I am sure we are all a little tired. I was amazed at how well our students could swim. When talking to our class, most would swim everyday if they had the chance.
